  • Why was my time cut short?

    If you arrive late, time may be deducted from your appointment. If you believe this was done in error, please get in touch and our staff will get back to you ASAP.

  • Why didn't my therapist perform a full-body massage?

    We assess our ability to perform a full-body massage based on any areas requested to be worked on, as well as the time we have for the appointment. 30-minute appointments NEVER cover full-body work, and will instead focus on 1-2 areas. 60-minute appointments can generally cover a full-body massage, unless there was some specific area you requested extra time for. In that case we may omit areas at our discretion. To guarantee a full-body massage, please book a 90-minute appointment going forward.

  • Is there an additional fee for couple's massages?

    Couples Massages in the same room incur no additional charge to the normal service charge.

  • Why didn't you honor the Special pricing? I booked my appointment in X month!

    Any monthly special may ONLY be used during the month we are advertising it in. Appointments after the stated end date of the special CANNOT have the special pricing applied.

  • Gift Certificate Policy

    Due to fraud, expired Gift Certificates WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED as a valid form of payment.

    We apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to fraud NVM Therapy will not under any circumstances accept vintage Gift Certificates on red & cream-colored cardstock, or more recent ones on blue & white cardstock. We no longer sell paper certificates, and any paper certificates from our office are subject to the expiration date as stated on the front.

    Gift cards and e-gift cards DO NOT expire and may be used at any time from the date of purchase as long as there is a remaining balance. Please see our “Gift Cards” page for more FAQs and instructions on how to purchase.

  • Cancelation Policy

    WE HAVE UPDATED OUR CANCELLATION POLICY!!!!

    Cancelations and payment for missed appointments is now up to the individual therapist. We are leaving it up to them how to proceed with multiple cancelations/no shows, and whether they require a form of payment on file or not.

    If you have missed an appointment, or will miss an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, otherwise your rebooking will be at the therapist’s discretion.

  • Refund Policy

    NVM Therapy does not offer refunds on any services or purchases. We will offer exchanges for CBD oil or Finpil cream bought in our office on a case-by-case basis. No other returns or exchanges will be offered.

    All services rendered are non-refundable and payment is due immediately upon completion of service. If you have a complaint, please address your complaint to nvmassagetherapy@gmail.com, with an explanation of your complaint and one of our managers will get back to you as quickly as possible. EMAIL IS THE FASTEST WAY TO HAVE YOUR COMPLAINT ADDRESSED.

    All gift card sales are non-refundable. All gift card sales are final once the card has been delivered to you. We do not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards and e-gift cards are your responsibility. If you believe you will have trouble keeping track of your gift card or e-gift card, please take a picture of the 16-digit number on the back and save it to your phone. We do not keep gift card or e-gift card information in your client file. We also do not keep records of gift card purchases on file. We are only able to look up e-gift cards by phone number or email. We cannot look up physical gift cards by any means. If you lose your gift card, or your e-gift card, we cannot cancel it, nor can we transfer it.
