Why are you downsizing?

Unfortunately, we simply can’t afford rent on our current space. Rent is going up, and unfortunately raising our prices to be able to stay competitive with salaries for our staff means that our client base has shrunk a little bit.

Did you move?

Nope! Our location is the same as it’s always been, and for now we plan to keep it that way.

Why does Google/Bing/another search engine say you’re closed?

Make sure you searched for NVM THERAPY, not NV Massage Therapy! NV Massage Therapy will show up as permanently closed on search engines and map programs. NVM THERAPY will not. We are not closing at this time.

Does this mean you’re getting rid of my favorite therapist?

Hopefully not! While we are planning to go down to 3-4 rooms, we aren’t planning on firing anyone. However, if one of our therapists chooses to leave to better be able to serve their clients, we would absolutely encourage you to follow them! Just ask if you’re interested and we’ll make sure your favorite therapist has your contact info.

Does this mean you’re getting rid of any services?

We will, unfortunately, be eliminating cupping as a service. The demand for cupping just isn’t there. That is the only service currently offered that we intend to eliminate at this time.
